Products Prohibited for Sale, Contrary to Safe Market Rules
- Sale of products praising organizations and communities associated with terrorism or any crime, insulting Turkishness, Atatürk, national and spiritual values, or reflecting the symbols of terrorist organizations, criminal organizations, or racist groups.
- Sale of products containing ethnic, national, religious, political, cultural discrimination, violating fundamental values such as human rights protection and freedom of thought, promoting social segregation and conflict.
- Sale of products insulting or degrading to any living being or community, or containing violent images or rhetoric.
- Sale of products with statements and images that could encourage violence and harmful substances, aimed at protecting children and adolescents.
- Sale of products with obscene images, aimed at protecting families and children.
- Uploading product images that can be considered as exposing a child's body is not allowed. Thus, not using live models for children's clothing products will facilitate easy approval of your products.
- Sale of products aimed at attacking or driving away animals.
- Sale of furs obtained from animals bred in fur farms (Fox, Rex, Astragan, Mink, etc.) and exotic animal skins (Snake, Crocodile, Tiger, etc.).
- Selling products online that contain health claims (heals wounds, good for eczema, grows hair, etc.) that can only be attributed to medications is against regulations, and such products will be rejected with a request for regulation.

- Face Photos / Names / Signatures (Excluding licensed products)
- Fake Money and Fake Documents
- Firearms / Forbidden Knives / Explosives and Flammables
- Ammonium Nitrate and fertilizers containing Nitrogen derived from Ammonium Nitrate more than 28% by weight
- Military Equipment / Police Equipment
- Official Uniforms
- Pepper Spray and Electroshock Weapons
- Lock Picks
- Stolen Goods / Products with Removed Serial Numbers
- Radios: Low power short-range devices falling under the regulation for Short Range Devices (SRD) are excluded.
- Hazardous Telecommunication Devices
- Encrypted Broadcast Decoders and Decoders for Encrypted Broadcasters
- Listening Devices, Hidden Cameras
- Software for Hacking and Breaking into Systems Online
- Alcoholic Beverages
- Ethyl Alcohol / Methyl Alcohol / Methanol
- Tobacco Products / Electronic Cigarettes and Their Components
- Narcotic Substances
- Products Helping to Pass Drug Tests (Drug, Alcohol tests, etc.)
- All Types of Lenses / Prescription Eyeglass Frames
- Medical Devices: Only medical devices presented with a "Sales Center Authorization Certificate" can be sold. Products of those who do not present an authorization certificate will not be put on sale. Medical devices that cannot be used by the patient alone, must be applied or used with the help of a healthcare professional, or are intended only for use by healthcare professionals cannot be sold.

- Herbal Medicinal Products / Homeopathic Medicinal Products: Herbal products that claim or imply to have the same effect as any medical drug or to treat any disease (on the packaging or in the product description) cannot be sold.
- Enteral Nutrition Products / Special Medical Purpose Diet Foods, Special Medical Purpose Infant Formulas / Sports Nutritional Supplements: Herbal products that claim or imply to have the same effect as any medicinal drug or to treat any disease (on the packaging or in the product description) cannot be sold.
- Cosmetic Products: In the promotion of cosmetic products; 1. Claims or implications for treating or preventing any disease, assisting in its treatment, diagnosing, or correcting, regulating, or changing a physiological function 2. Statements claiming or implying that they renew, correct, or modify physiological functions as a result of pharmacological, immunological, or metabolic actions. 3. Claims referring to the effect of a medicinal product cannot be used.
- Agricultural Chemicals and Spraying Machines: The sale of agricultural fighting tools/machines and agricultural chemicals is not allowed without the “Dealership Permit Certificate” issued by the Ministry of Agriculture's provincial directorates. (Handheld/garden type tools are exempt from the authorization certificate requirement.)
- Products Harmful to Human Health / Carcinogenic Substances

- Live Animals
- Products That Must Not Break the Cold Chain or Must Be Consumed Daily
- Products Prohibited by the Ministry of Health or the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry

- Seat Belt Adapters
- Products with Pornographic Content and Related to Sexual Activity: Pornographic visuals cannot be used in products. Fantasy clothing and accessories as well as products related to sexual activity can be listed with a +18 label provided that live models are not used in the visuals.

- Medals and Decorations: State honor medals, state pride medals, state distinguished service medals, state war medals, state orders, republic orders, merit orders cannot be sold.
