Shopexi Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.

The Shopexi affiliate pool is an additional service offered to +smart suppliers in Shopexi bi smart intelligent e-commerce systems.

Suppliers who switch to the Shopexi b+smart panel add their stock products to the affiliate pool through the products tab for instant sale on other +smart suppliers' websites under Shopexi marketplace prices and conditions and accept that a net 5% affiliate payment, including payment channels, is deducted from the wallet and transferred to the affiliate seller in addition to the Shopexi marketplace commission rate.

Other suppliers, using the licensed +smart website and accepting the Shopexi secure market conditions, view the related products in the affiliate pool and list the products they find suitable for their portfolio to their licensed online +smart stores with a single click.

Affiliate products sold from any bi+smart site are dropped to the main supplier's Shopexi supplier panel with an affiliate order note, and the product sold bi+smart site, order, and all payment details are viewed and managed by the main supplier. The process continues for the main supplier as with the products sold in the Shopexi marketplace, and all necessary product, delivery, customer services are provided by the main supplier through the Shopexi supplier panel.

The bi+smart site/supplier who sold the product can only view the process managed by the main supplier from their +smart panel but cannot offer any customer service related to the product, delivery, or the affiliate product even on their own site.

While all processes related to affiliate sold products are viewed and managed by the main supplier through the Shopexi supplier panel, the affiliate seller has only the right to view the transactions through the +smart panel. mConsumers can instantly follow and manage the product-related process from their bi+smart site account where they placed the order or from their Shopexi marketplace account. Consumers can access all bi+smart sites and their Shopexi account with any bi+smart site membership or Shopexi marketplace membership they create. While consumers have the authority to view and manage only the products and transactions related to the respective site-supplier on bi+smart sites, they have the authority to view and manage all other products and orders on bi+smart sites from their Shopexi marketplace account.

Successfully completed orders can be detailedly viewed in the wallets of the main suppliers, and upon the main supplier's wallet withdrawal request and payment transfer to the bank, the affiliate supplier payment is automatically made to the registered affiliate seller account.

The affiliate pool is a service involving the use of commercial data from a common pool, offered only to integrated suppliers made with bi+smart systems and accepting Shopexi bi+smart safe market conditions. +Smart suppliers can list other suppliers' stock products for sale on their websites as well as add their products to other suppliers' affiliate pool. While +Smart suppliers are the main suppliers of their products, they can also be affiliate sellers for other suppliers' products and earn 5% from affiliate sales.

Changes made to the product by the main supplier, after necessary checks, are updated in the affiliate pool along with the Shopexi marketplace and on all supplier websites, and if the product is affiliate or closed for sale, it is removed from all +smart sites.
Which suppliers have withdrawn products from the affiliate pool and which +smart sites have listed the product for sale can be detailedly viewed in the affiliate details of the related product by the main supplier.

All users included in the Shopexi affiliate program are deemed to have accepted the Shopexi marketplace safe market conditions and are under the market protection system.
The Shopexi affiliate program aims for suppliers to establish healthy, safe, and legal B2B relationships, thereby increasing their profitability. Shopexi offers its technology for use by +smart suppliers to establish healthy commercial relationships among themselves. This way, suppliers can view each other's products, sell as affiliates to their portfolios, and easily follow affiliate sales from the order process to delivery within the system.
Accounts of suppliers or consumers who are found to violate the safe market rules, attempt to misuse the system, or use the +smart supplier features (website - widget - payment channel - affiliate) for illegal, public security and peace disturbing, immoral or unethical purposes will be indefinitely suspended until necessary controls and adjustments are made, and their account balances will be frozen for 90 days to cover potential damages. Shopexi inspectors, legal advisors, and attorneys have the right to inform legal authorities and initiate legal processes on behalf of the consumer and the safe market protection system as deemed necessary.
