Cancellation & Refund

In Shopexi bi+smart intelligent e-commerce systems, you can cancel your entire order or items you wish to remove from your order before they are prepared for shipment.
If you have a Shopexi.com membership;
you can cancel the order from the ‘Orders’ page in the ‘Account’ menu using the ‘Cancel’ button next to the relevant product. If the button is not active, you need to contact the vendor.
If you are a guest user;
You can perform your cancelation process from the ‘Orders’ page by logging into the system with your unique password in the email address where you made the shopping.

If the product you purchased on Shopexi bi+smart smart e-commerce systems appears to be shipped, you cannot cancel the order. The return process applies for products shipped. Detailed information can be obtained from the 'Return' section of the Shopexi.com help page.

If Shopexi bi+smart smart e-commerce systems do not approve the supplier order and if the supplier is experiencing supply problems, it cancels the order itself. Orders not approved within 24 hours are automatically cancelled and the rating of the relevant supplier drops.

In Shopexi bi+smart intelligent e-commerce systems, cancellation requests for products not yet shipped are automatically approved. If the product has been shipped, you cannot request a cancellation. In this case, you can return the product.

Cancellation of unsent products is automatically approved in Shopexi bi+smart intelligent e-commerce systems. You can find the current status of your orders under the Orders tab on shopexi.com.

Depending on the processes and practices of the banks, the refund is reflected on the card you made the payment with, within 2-5 business days following the product return.
- In case of insupplierment purchases, the refund is made to your bank at once, but it appears as insupplierments on the card statements.

You can cancel the order before approving the supplier product, and after the product is approved, you can make a cancellation request. Cancellation is valid for situations where the supplier has not yet sent the product. After the supplier ships the product, you can no longer cancel it, you can receive the product and request a return.

The cancellation of unshipped orders will be made automatically. The necessary payments will appear in your account within 3-5 business days in full through the channel you have made. This time may vary depending on your bank's policies. Shopexi bi+smart smart e-commerce systems are transferring the payment of canceled orders to your bank within 24 hours.
