Refunds on Shopexi bi+smart intelligent e-commerce systems are made as a total amount. Your card limit is opened for use as much as the refund amount. Refunds of payments made in insupplierments are made at once, but due to bank procedures, it can be arranged as long as the insupplierment month. Therefore, although all refunds are made at once, you may see it as negative and positive balance on your account statement throughout the month in which insupplierment is made.

In Shopexi bi+smart intelligent e-commerce systems, after paying with a credit card and cancelling the order, the refund is made to the credit card. Refunds cannot be received by other methods.
In purchases made with a credit card, the refund balance reflects as a positive balance on your credit card within 3-5 business days depending on the bank's workload. You can contact your bank for detailed information.

In Shopexi bi+smart smart e-commerce systems, if time is needed to review the product, the supplier can request a maximum of 24 hours from the customer.

It is not possible to purchase another product or exchange instead of a refund in Shopexi bi+smart intelligent e-commerce systems.

Refunds for insupplierment purchases are made according to bank procedures, insupplierment period, and the corresponding insupplierment amounts. When a refund is made for insupplierment orders, payment is made to your card at once and a limit equal to the total transaction amount is opened. Depending on the bank procedures and processes, you may see this as a plus/minus balance in your statement.

If you have shopped with your member account; Press the Return button next to the product on the "my orders" page in the Account menu. On the page that opens, press the "return" button and enter the necessary information, the return address will be found at the top of the form.
If you are a guest user, after shopping, you can enter the system using the special password sent to you in the emails and the email you used when ordering. You can create your return request and see the return address information.

According to regulations, the presence of a reason that decreases the value of the product or makes the refund impossible, does not prevent the right of withdrawal. Please check your e-mail address registered in the Shopexi.com system. If the supplier has sent an e-invoice via email, you can access your invoice through your registered email address on shopexi.com or you can again request an invoice sample from the supplier.

Your refunds are made to the bank you made the payment to, within 3 business days after your refund process is completed. The reflection of the payment back to your card or account can vary according to the period determined by your bank.

Click on the ‘Orders’ section in the 'Account' menu. With the 'Return' button located next to the product you want to cancel, by choosing the cargo company, you can start the return process.

The purchased product can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the return conditions are met.
For the products to be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal, Return conditions are;
- The product should be in its original box, unopened, and not damaged
- The accessories should be included
- Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear, bikinis, swimsuits and other health and hygiene products should not have been tried on, the protective band should not have been removed, it should be unused.
